Cheese Please! An Introduction to Artisan Cheese

Led by our own Queen Brie, we’ll taste cheeses from around the globe made from all the major milks: cow, sheep, goat and even water buffalo! You’ll learn how cheese is made, how to taste like a pro, how to navigate a cheese counter and how to pair with ease. Class includes 3 wines. $60 per person + tax and auto gratuity.
